Degradation of lignocellulose requires participation of lignocellulosic enzymes. Lignocellulo sicenzymes are a complex
enzyme system. Through screening and mutating of a series of lignocellulose-degrading enzymes and expression of non-enzyme co-factors, together with the research related to the multiple co-effect of lignocellulose-degrading enzymes and
the interaction between enzyme and substratum, the company has successfully developed a platform for highly efficient
biodegradation of cellulose. In order to obtain cheap and efficient cellulases, the company has searched for new genes,
constructed high-yield strains and optimized the fermentation process. As a result, many enzyme strains and a set of
complex lignocellulose cocktail has been obtained, which can be used in economically viable in dustrial production of
cellulose based materials. These cellulases have many features such as high-efficiency degradation, wide PH
adaptability, easy to be applied to various substrates as well as excellent performance in the animal feed industry, textile
industry, paper industry, biofuel industry, etc.
